Earth Terminal Measurement System maintenance manual

Abstract: PREFACEThis manual is organized into ten sections. The first four sections present information related to the overall system. Each of the other sections, 5 through 9, is an instrument instruction manual for a particular unit.Section 10 contains information on the inter-connecting cables.
