Abstract:En el presente trabajo de tesis doctoral se abordaron aspectos taxonómicos y ecológicos de ectoparásitos de roedores silvestres y sinantrópicos del Gran La Plata, noreste de la provincia de Buenos Aires, Argentina y se analizó la posible importancia de estos en el ciclo enzoótico de bacterias del género Rickettsia.
