Abstract: BackgroundThe current prostate cancer (PCa) screening standard of care (SOC) leads to unnecessary biopsies and overtreatment because decisions are guided by prostate‐specific antigen (PSA) levels, which have low specificity in the gray zone (3–10 ng/mL).
