Economic impact of crisis intervention in emergency psychiatry: a naturalistic study

Abstract: These preliminary findings suggest that crisis intervention leads to a shift from hospitalization to outpatient psychotherapeutic management in emergency psychiatric services, which has a significant economic impact.
