Economic Statecraft with Chinese Characteristics: Strange, New, and Different, or Old Wine in New Bottles?

Abstract: The term “economic statecraft” is increasingly employed to describe China's use of economic resources to pursue objectives spanning the political, economic, and strategic spheres.
