Integrating technology innovation within human behaviour challenged a new paradigm shift during business uncertainty. Grounded by the “Technology Acceptance Model” with the “Theory of Planned Behaviour”, the proposed “Technology Behaviour Model” is developed. The research applies “PLS-SEM” with statistic triangulation, exploratory, and cross-sectional analysis.
