“…In conclusion, the relative closeness of the computed overall economies of scale (SE) of 1.22 and an average cost efficiency (CEE) of 1.165 from unity, is an indication they are fairly efficient in the use of their resources even though they are small scale holders; and any expansion in their present level of production would reduce the cost of production per output.
