Soumission à Epi-revel The economic and human security expresses a collective feeling concerning the threats that weigh on the world, the countries, regions, social groups and all the citizens. It is not measurable; it depends on philosophic and religious conceptions, but also on the violence of international, social or human conflicts. On this purpose, several questions must be evoked. What is the nature of the States conflicts in a situation of economic globalization? Is the market economy a guarantee of peace? What is the impact of the choice between butter and cannon? What is the economic, political and policy power of weapons? Is nuclear weapons threat or deterrent? What is the importance of “cyber weapons” and “cyber warfare” threats? What is the weight of the relative scarcities in the expression of interstate conflicts, particularly in the energy field? What is the effectiveness of international economic sanctions against a country? Is the research of world leadership for a State in a market economy a factor of peace? Can the contemporary economic development to engage in sustainable development without social and interstates conflicts? International security implies respect of sustainable human development, the eradication of extreme poverty and the establishment of stable institutions rejecting any discrimination. Search of growing political, social, religious, economic and sociological inequalities is at the heart of conflicts and war. La sécurité économique, sociale et humaine exprime un sentiment collectif concernant les menaces qui pèsent sur le monde, les pays, les régions, les groupes sociaux et l’ensemble des citoyens. Elle n’est pas mesurable, elle dépend des conceptions philosophiques, religieuses ou situationnelle dans lesquelles les analyses des agents s’inscrivent ou se reconnaissent. Plusieurs questions méritent alors d’être évoquées. Quelle est la nature des conflits étatiques dans une situation de globalisation économique ? Existe-t-il un choix entre le beurre et le canon ? L’économie de marché est-elle une garantie de paix ? Quelle importance économique, politique et stratégique peut avoir la puissance des armes ? L’arme nucléaire est-elle une menace ou un élément de dissuasion ? Quelle est la place nouvelle de la cyber guerre et des cyber armes ? Quel est le poids des raretés relatives dans l’expression des conflits interétatiques, notamment dans le domaine énergétique ? Quelle est l’efficacité des sanctions économiques internationales à l’encontre d’un pays ? La recherche d’un leadership mondial dans une économie de marché est-elle un facteur de paix ? Le développement économique contemporain peut-il s’engager dans un développement soutenable sans conflits interétatiques et sociaux ? La sécurité internationale implique le respect d’un développement humain soutenable, l’éradication de l’extrême pauvreté et la mise en place d’institutions sociales stables rejetant toute discrimination. The Corruption and Human Development to the Economic Growth of Oic Countries

This paper aims to estimate the effect of corruption (represented by data of Corruption Perception Index) and human development (represented by data of Human Development Index) on the economic growth (represented by data of Gross Domestic Product) in 44 (forty-four) countries who join the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). this paper uses multiple linear regression with panel data of Corruption Perception Index from transparency.org, Human Development Index from United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and Gross Domestic Product from World Bank. The 10 years range of data (2009-2018) finds the Corruption Perception Index does not have a significant effect on the economic growth, but The Human Development Index has a positive significant effect on the economic growth or Gross Domestic Product. It can be seen that the commitment of OIC countries in human development is on the right path, since they are in line with their economic growth rates. When viewed together, the Corruption Perception Index and the Human Development Index have a simultaneous influence on the economic growth. So, this result is important to help the OIC as additional references to their Annual Summit or Conference to focus more on Human Development strategy to enhance the economic growth.
