Editorial Comment

Abstract: favorable and justifies its broad use as a treatment option for recurrent stricture and/or strictures at high risk of recurrence. Patients with increased comorbidities captured by the CCI, prior urethroplasty and preoperative bacteriuria are at higher risk for complications after urethroplasty. These patients should be counseled accordingly in a shared decision-making care model.
