Abstract

Corporate Education plays a fundamental role in the development of Brazilian organizations, promoting continuous learning and improving employee skills. This research aims to analyze the scenarios, policies, challenges and perspectives of Corporate Education in the Brazilian context, highlighting the importance of exploratory and bibliographical research in this field. The exploratory research seeks to understand the evolution of Corporate Education in Brazil, examining how companies have adopted learning strategies to improve organizational performance. This includes the analysis of public policies that encourage professional training and the impact of government regulations on Corporate Education. The research showed that the challenges faced by Brazilian organizations include the need to align Corporate Education with market demands, improve knowledge management and promote digital inclusion in an increasingly technological scenario.
