The Covid 19 pandemic has had an impact on the implementation of academic supervision. This study aims to develop an online-based academic supervision model. The type of research conducted is research and development (Research and Development). The research subjects were 4 (four) school principals and 17 (seventeen) elementary school teachers. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Qualitative data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Quantitative data obtained through a questionnaire. Quantitative data were analyzed by validation tests and limited trials using quantitative descriptive techniques with mean and percentage. The results showed that the MARIA academic supervision model (M - Mapping, A - Arranging the solution, R - Running the observation, I - Identifying the data, A – Acting the follow up) based on the Edmodo application has an impact on improving the performance of school principals and techers in elemantary schools, with the result of limited product trials on school principals at the 88% level and techers at the 86% level with a very valid and feasible category to use. The implications of this research were facilitating the implementation of information technology-based supervision, improving the performance of school principals, increasing teacher competence in carrying out learning, and reducing teacher stress when supervised.

Today's findings must refer to the four attributes of 21st-century learning: specific reasoning and critical thinking, imagination, progress, joint effort, and correspondence. 21st-century learning requires discoveries that are open and versatile to today's changing mechanical events. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the types of technology used by teachers to support the sociology learning process. In this study, the method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used were surveys and interviews referring to questionnaires and interview guidelines as research instruments. The research subjects consisted of 145 high school students. The data obtained will then be analyzed interactively with 4 stages. The research results show that 95% of students are identified as having a smartphone. It is also supported by regulations at school that allow the use of smartphones for learning activities. It is just that this opportunity has challenges where students still tend to use smartphones to play games (48% of student respond). Seeing these opportunities and challenges, smartphones are a type of technology that can be optimized for sociology learning activities independently and in groups. Thus students can divert the use of smartphones as a means of playing, becoming a tool to support learning facilitated by the teacher.

E-learning as a crucial aspect of ICT is a new model of education dispensation in the Higher Educational Institutions (HEIs) across the world. However, this technologically enhanced educational model is still at the infancy stage in the developing countries, Kenya not exceptional. The purpose of the study was to assess the institutional and students’ factors influencing adoption of e-learning in Higher institutions of Learning in Kenya. The specific objectives were: to establish the impact of institutional e-learning policy (IEP) on its adoption in HEIs in Kenya, to establish the impact of lecturers’ perceived ease of use (PEU) of e-learning on its adoption in HEIs and to establish effect of students’ perceived usefulness (PU) of e-learning on its adoption in HEIs. The study was underpinned by Technology Acceptance Model. This study reviewed 69 relevant empirical literatures whose meta- analysis was guided. The study established that lecturers’ perceived ease of use of e-learning affects its adoption, that institutional e-learning policy has significant relationship with e-learning adoption and that students’ e-learning perceived usefulness has a great effect on its adoption in the university. The study findings have implications on close scrutiny of universities’ e-learning policies toward its implementation; on provision of e-pedagogical training to lecturers toward e-learning capacity building; implications on universities’ ICT Departments’ preparation of students for e-learning educational model. In a nutshell the study finding would inform the best organizational practices towards e-learning effectiveness.
