Abstract:This paper introduces a new multiclass classifier called the evolving Fuzzy Classifier (eFC). Starting its knowledge base from scratch, the eFC structure evolves based on a clustering algorithm that can add, merge, delete, or update clusters (= rules) simultaneously while providing class predictions.
