Efeito dos óleos essenciais de alho e laranja e do surfactante Tween® 80 sobre a germinação de sementes de manjericão

Abstract: Resumo: O objetivo do presente estudo foi verificar o efeito de diferentes concentrações dos óleos essenciais de alho e laranja bem como do surfactante Tween • 80 sobre a germinação das sementes de manjericão. As sementes foram submetidas aos tratamentos com óleos essenciais comerciais emulsionados com o surfactante Tween ® 80 (1:1) nas concentrações de 1 a 10% (v/v), além de duas testemunhas, somente água destilada e Tween ® 80 a 1% em água destilada.
