Abstract: Adubação verde é uma alternativa de prática de manejo do solo sustentável e promissora para o alívio da pressão ambiental causada por aplicações excessivas de fertilizantes industriais. A utilização dos adubos verdes antecedendo ao cultivo consorciado de gramíneas e leguminosas auxilia no emprego de sistemas de produção sob bases agroecológicas de menor uso de insumos externos e contribui para a nutrição de mais de um ciclo produtivo, principalmente de longos prazos.
