Efektifitas Media Booklet dan Brosur terhadap Peningkatan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Pasangan Usia Subur tentang Program Keluarga Berencana

Abstract

Media booklet dan brosur digunakan sebagai alat promosi kesehatan dalam kegiatan komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi program keluarga berencana di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perbedaan efektivitas booklet dan brosur terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap pasangan usia subur tentang program keluarga berencana. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasy experiment two groups pre-post test design. Populasi penelitian adalah pasangan usia subur muda paritas rendah (PUS MUPAR) di salah satu kecamatan di Kabupaten Sijunjung bukan peserta KB yang berjumlah 512 pasang. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 30 pasang diambil secara acak, dikelompokkan menjadi kelompok booklet 15 orang dan kelompok brosur 15 pasang. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan pengetahuan responden sebelum dan sesudah diintervensi dengan media booklet (p-value<0,05) dan media brosur (p-value<0,05). Ada perbedaan signifikan sikap responden sebelum dan sesudah diintervensi dengan media booklet (p-value<0,05) dan media brosur (p-value<0,05). Tidak ada perbedaan signfiikan efektivitas dari media booklet dan brosur terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan (p-value>0,05) dan sikap (p- value>0,05) pasangan usia subur tentang program keluarga berencana.

The Effectiveness of Nutrition Education about Stunting Using Video Media on The Knowledge and Attitudes of Mothers of Toddlers
