Efektivitas Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Republik Indonesia Dalam Menghasilkan Undang-Undang Pada Tahun Sidang 2016 – 2017

Abstract: Pada hakekatnya fungsi utama Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat (DPR) adalah membuat undang-undang (Legislasi), oleh karena itu DPR membentuk unit khusus yang bertugas di bidang legislasi yaitu Badan Legislasi (Baleg), guna mengkoordinir proses pembentukan undang-undang. Namun, pada Tahun Sidang 2016 – 2017 DPR menargetkan 51 RUU, dan realisasinya hanya 7 RUU (13.73%) yang berhasil disahkan di Rapat Paripurna.
