Abstract:Background This study aimed to evaluate the protective effects of dried and milled banana (BN) against streptozocin (STZ), nicotinamide (NA), and high-fat diet (HFD)-induced diabetes mellitus (DM) in 8-week-old spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs).
