Effect of a 36-month Pharmaceutical Care Program on the Coronary Heart Disease Risk in Elderly Diabetic and Hypertensive Patients

Abstract: -Purpose. To examine the effect of an implemented pharmaceutical care program on coronary heart disease risk in elderly diabetic and hypertensive patients. Methods.
