Effect of a brief cognitive behavioral program on depressive symptoms among newly licensed registered nurses: An observational study

Abstract: Depressive symptoms are a serious problem in workplaces. Hospital staff members, such as newly licensed registered nurses (NLRNs), are at particularly increased risk of these symptoms owing to their limited experience.
