A large number of flexible Cu(InGa)Se 2 solar cells have been scrapped in recent years, and direct scrapping will cause environmental pollution and resource waste. Therefore, it is necessary to treat waste solar cells. However, there is currently no mature recycling technology available. This experiment developed a green, efficient, and economical technology based on the microsolid media frictional separation to enrich scattered metals that are difficult to extract from flexible Cu(InGa)Se 2 solar cells. The results indicate that the microsolid media undergo different forces during the acceleration process, and the impact velocity increases with the airflow velocity. In addition to yielding in the impact core area, adjacent areas will also yield. This method can effectively enrich scattered metals. The content of indium, gallium, and selenium increased from 0.332, 0.250, 0.959 to 13.620%, 10.164 and 46.027%, increased by 41.02, 40.66, and 47.50 times, with recoveries of 99.083, 98.194, and 97.080%, respectively. This technology can significantly reduce the difficulty of extracting scattered metals from waste flexible Cu(InGa)Se 2 solar cells and has significant implications for the environment and sustainable development. This may be the first study to use physical methods to enrich scattered metals from flexible Cu(InGa)Se 2 solar cells.

Damage anD Stability analySiS of SanDStone-type UraniUm ore boDyUnDer phySical anD chemical action of leaching SolUtion in this paper, the typical sand-conglomerate uranium ore in north china was taken as the research object. The uniaxial compression and tensile tests of sand-conglomerate specimens under natural status and acidic solution status were used to research the compressive strength, tensile strength, Young's modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle. Focusing on this type of uranium deposit, during the underground design of the in-situ leaching mining method, the three-dimensional finite element method was used to conduct a numerical simulation of the liquid collecting tunnel with different structural parameters of 10 m×2 m, 3 m×2 m, 2 m×2 m, and comprehensively analyse the vertical displacement, principal stress and plastic deformation zone changes of the tunnelbefore and after leaching. Based on the results, influenced by an acidic aqueous solution, the grain of the conglomerate became soft and secondary pores appeared, resulting in the superimposed effect of physical damage and chemical damage. Macroscopically, an obvious decrease was witnessed in mechanical property. Based on the stability and economy factor of three scenarios before and after leaching, the scenario was recommended as the experimental testing scenario, specifically, two longitudinal collecting tunnel were arranged along the strike of the orebody, with the size of 3 m×2 m and the width of the middle pillar of 4 m. The results of the numerical simulation are significant in guiding the design of underground in-situ leaching technology and determining the structural parameters of the deposit.

Caverns and tunnels are constantly exposed to dynamic loads, posing a potentially significant threat to the safety of rock structures. To facilitate the understanding of dynamic fracture around openings, a series of discrete element models were established to numerically examine the effect of hole shape on dynamic mechanical properties and crack evolution. The results indicate that the existence of a hole greatly reduces dynamic strength, and the reduction is closely related to hole shape. The strain variation of pre-holed specimens is more complicated and even larger than the value of intact specimens. Although crack initiation differs for varying hole shapes, the entire structural collapse of specimens is controlled by macro shear cracks along the diagonal direction of the specimen, which are effectively identified by velocity trend arrows and contact force distribution. Finally, comparative analysis between failure pattern of pre-holed specimens under static and dynamic loads were conducted.
