Abstract:Background: Over the past few decades, there have been significant advances in the delivery of radiotherapy. These include developments in treatment planning systems and linear accelerator delivery capabilities, which reduce the risk of toxicity and morbidity as intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT).
