Abstract: Purpose:To analyze the effect of anticoagulant therapy (ACT) for systemic diseases on the outcome of Descemet membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK).Methods: Consecutive eyes with Fuchs endothelial dystrophy that underwent DMEK between August 4, 2011, and July 15, 2016, were retrospectively analyzed.
