Effect of antiserotonin antibodies on pain sensitivity in rats with adjuvant-induced arthritis

Abstract: Active immunization with a serotonin--protein conjugate inducing the formation of antiserotonin antibodies exerts an analgesic effect in rats with adjuvant-induced arthritis and inhibits the development of arthritis in early stages after injection of Freund's complete adjuvant.
