Effect of Basketball Specific Endurance Circuit Training On Body Composition and Aerobic Capacity of High School Male Basketball Players

Abstract: The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of a basketball specific endurance circuit training on body composition and aerobic capacity of high school male basketball players.
