Effect of cardiogenic and noncardiogenic pulmonary edema on histamine responsiveness in sheep

Abstract: We compared the effects of cardiogenic pulmonary edema, brief pulmonary vascular congestion without frank edema, and noncardiogenic pulmonary edema on responsiveness to inhaled histamine in chronically instrumented awake sheep.
