“…The IR spectrum of L is essentially characterized by a strong band at 1226 cm −1 attributed to the P O vibration band, and two strong bands at 997 and 943 cm −1 , attributed to the antisymmetric and symmetric P-OH vibration bands, respectively [14,22].
