Abstract:Background/Objectives: Lifitegrast is an effective treatment for dry eye disease, reducing inflammation and improving the ocular surface condition. Owing to its high sensitivity to oxidation and hydrolysis, formulation studies are required to maintain the physicochemical stability of lifitegrast.
