Abstract:In recent years, the degree of motorization and transport work have been expanding, while the development of infrastructure, road and street networks, has not followed their growth. Such an approach leads to an increasingly frequent imbalance of traffic demand and capacity, that is, to a state of the traffic system in which the existing network is not able to respond to all requests made by users.
