Abstract:Boron doped zinc oxide (ZnO) nanotubes have successfully been grown using seed-mediated hydrothermal method at various concentrations of precursorsurfactant solution. The growth of ZnO nanotubes was carried out at a temperature of 90 ∘ C for 8 hours and a drop in temperature to 50 ∘ C for 16 hours.
