Effect of Corrosive Media on the Structure of Metal-Containing Composite Materials Based on Epoxy Polymers

Abstract

The effectiveness of using polymer composites based on epoxy polymers as adhesives, sealants, and especially protective coatings is determined largely by their resistance to corrosive media. Studying the mechanisms of action of corrosive media on composite materials of different composition and studying the changes in the properties of materials after prolonged exposure to corrosive media, and searching for ways of improving the resistance of composite materials, therefore remain of constant current interest.
