Effect of Curcumin and Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonist on Insulin Sensitivity and on Inflammation in Induced Diabetic Rats

Abstract: Objective: In this study, we aimed to discuss the effect of curcumin and/or irbesartan on diabetic complications in induced diabetic rats. Materials and Methods: Diabetic rats induced by intraperitoneal injection of 45 mg/kg dose of streptozotocin (STZ) in adult rats. Rats were divided into six groups of 10 rats on each.
