Effect of Deep Relaxation on Heart Rate Variability in Sedentary Females

Abstract: Background: Sedentary lifestyle is associated with low heart rate variability (HRV). Deep Relaxation Technique (DRT) increase HRV which reduces the risk of coronary heart diseases.
