Abstract: In the absence of available data, we evaluated the effects of delayed hospitalization (symptom-to-door time [SDT] ≥ 24 h) on major clinical outcomes after new-generation drug-eluting stent implantation in patients with non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI) and complex lesions.
