“…The interactions of non-covalent types like ion-ion, hydrophobic-hydrophobic, dipole-dipole, ion-dipole, and hydrogen bonding arise in solution, play an important part in the formation of the stable complex structure of proteins and lead a role in increasing the stability [ 5 ].
