Effect of dietary advanced glycation end products on mouse liver

Abstract: The exact pathophysiology of non‐alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is not known. Previous studies suggest that dietary advanced glycation end products (AGEs) can cause oxidative stress in liver.
