Effect of Dietary Lipid Sources on Body Fatty Acid Composition of Chinese Longsnout Catfish Leiocassis longirostris

Abstract: We investigated the effects of dietary lipid sources on growth and fatty acid composition of juvenile Chinese longsnout catfish. “…Previous studies have found that the replacement of FO with vegetable oil leads to reduced EPA and DHA contents in the muscle of silver barb [ 43 ], beluga sturgeon [ 44 ] and glass carp [ 42 ].
