Effect of different doses of heavy metals on quality and safety indices of meat and pig fat

Abstract: The results of studies of the effect of toxic doses of heavy metals, namely Cadmium and Lead (jointly and separately) at the dose of 10 and 20 maximum allowable concentrations on the chemical composition and quality of the muscle and adipose tissues of pigs are presented.
