Effect of different level of energy and crude fiber from sawdust in diets on carcass quality of broiler

Abstract: ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh level energi dan serat kasar dalam ransum yang mengandung serbuk gergaji terhadap kualitas karkas ayam pedaging. Sebanyak 120 ekor ayam pedaging digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap pola factorial 2 x 3 dengan 4 ulangan.
