Abstract:Attention to the roles of fatty acids in human health and diseases has been on an increase in recent decades. The most influential biochemicals in human physiology are alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), eicosapentaenoic acids (EPA), and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA).
