Abstract: This paper investigates the impact of digital business design strategy on transient competitive advantages of large-scale manufacturing companies in Kenya. The research addresses the challenges faced by Kenya’s manufacturing sector, contributing only 14% to GDP. The study targeted 857 large-scale manufacturing firms and obtained a sample size of 348, which led to a response rate of 76.8%.
