Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effect of edible coatings chitosan and calcium gluconate on ascorbic acid and sugars of mango (Mangifera indica L.) at College of Horticulture-Rajendranagar, SKLTSHU, Siddipet district, Telangana.
