Abstract:Recent publications (1 4) have dealt with the effect of electron scavengers on the radiolysis of simple inorganic gaseous hydrides. We would like to present some results of a preliminary study on the radiolysis of gaseous H2S that are, in general, quite different from those above (14). Matheson C.P. grade H,S (99.7 %) was found to contain CO, (-0.2 %) and CS, (< 0.001 %) as impurities when checked by gas chromatography. A 3 m Poropaq Q column maintained at 65 "C, helium carrier gas, and thermal conductivity de… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
