The human element is the main resource in different organizations, especially in banks, because it is based on providing services to customers, which in turn depends on the performance of its employees. Human resource management (HRM) practices play an important role in raising the performance of employees. This paper aims to identify the practices of HRM (planning, polarization, selection and appointment, training, compensation) and their impact on enhancing the performance of employees in Jordan Islamic Bank. This study used a descriptive-analytical technique to describe the influence of HRM strategies on improving employee performance at Jordan Islamic Bank. This study relies on gathering facts, information, and data to describe, analyze, and evaluate them to draw conclusions. All administrative workers at Jordan Islamic Bank branches in Jordan, including managers and staff, were included in the research population. The study sample included 145 managers and staff from various administrative levels of Jordan Islamic Bank, who were chosen randomly from all of the bank's branches. The study concluded that there are a significant effect of HRM practices on enhancing the performance of employees in Jordan Islamic Bank and a significant correlation between HRM practices and enhancing employee performance. Also, the results showed a strong positive correlation between planning, polarization, selection and appointment, training, compensation, and enhancing employee performance.
