Abstract:The pure, healthy and dry seeds of four mungbean varieties i.e., Meha, K 851, GM 3 and GM 4 were treated with different concentrations of Ethyl Methane Sulphonate (0.00 M, 0.02 M, 0.03 M and 0.04 M) for study the effect on seed germination and seedling vigour such as germination per cent, shoot length (cm), root length (cm), fresh weight (g) and dry weight (g).
