Effect of Erythropoietin Therapy on the Lipid Profile in Patients with Chronic Kidney Disease – A Single Center Study

Abstract: Dyslipidemia is common in chronic kidney disease patients and alterations in serum lipid profile vary widely depending on the level of kidney function. We studied two hundred Iraqi patients who were diagnosed as having chronic kidney disease from June 2011 to January 2013. They were given erythropoietin for seven months.
