Abstract:The study was conducted to figure out the impact of exogenous Diethylstilbestrol on semen quality of Khundi buffalo bulls. Six Kundhi buffaloes of aged 5-6 years were divided into two groups, three bulls were placed in group-1 treated as experimental group and three bulls were kept as an untreated external control. 20mg of Diethylstilbestrol was injected intramuscularly to each experimental bull, parameters of semen and serum estrogen level was determined through ELISA.
