Effect of Foliar Spray with Yeast Suspension and Foliartal Nutrient Solution on the Mineral Content of Tissue Lime Seedlings Citrus limon L.

Abstract: This study was done in green house of college of Agricultural engineering sciences during the season 2019-2020 to study the effect of the foliar spray with yeast suspension, nutrition solution (Foliartal) and their interaction on some leaf nutrients contents of (citrus limon L.) lime seedling was produced from the tissue culture lab. Studied factors were three level (0,7 and 10) g.L-1 and (0,3 and 5) ml.L-1 of yeast suspension and foliartal nutrient respectively treatments were distributed in Randomized Comple… Show more

“…where with the duration of 10 min was the best to decreased contamination percentage while at 20min increased contamination and low survival percentage It is worth mentioning here that the harmful effect of sodium hypochlorite on plant tissues is due to the hypochlorous acid (HOCl), which is a strong oxidizing substance, as this acid is formed as a result of the dissolution of chlorine with water . [21] find, sodium hypochlorite appeared positive results in many studies, [22] [23] who proved that dipping of explants in sodium hypochlorite gave good results in reducing contamination percentage , [24] found that sterlization by using 1% NaOCl for 10 min was more effective in comparison with other durations. [25] reported that increased of contamination with low concentration of sodium hypochlorite, [26] proved the high concentration of NaCl increased the toxicity in the tissue of explant and low their viability.…”
