Effect of Fruit Size on the Ripening of Edward Mangoes

Abstract: Edward mangoes having a selected range of diameters and in green-ripe stage were submitted to controlled storage. Green-ripe fruits with their greater diameter 3 in or more ripened into good quality fruits when stored at 70° F (21° C) and 85-90% relative humidity.
