Abstract: This study examined the effects of futsal-based game training on performance, self-efficacy, motivation, and exercise addiction in adolescent non-athlete girls. Thirty female students with no prior futsal experience were randomly assigned to either a traditional training group (n=15) or a game-based training group (n=15).
