Effect of Grapefruit Intake on Postprandial Plasma Glucose

Abstract: Objective: Previous epidemiological surveys of diet indicated a potential relationship between fruit intake and the pathogenesis of lifestyle-related disease. Recent reports indicate grapefruit (GF) may affect sugar metabolism.
